• Silver gets tarnished when it comes in contact with acidic substances like sweat, perfumes and cosmetics. Adishri by 501 wala jewellers is not responsible for tarnishing of silver colour.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraud.

• Once placed, orders cannot be modified. Cancellation is only allowed within 24 hours, provided the item has not been shipped.

4. Shipping

• We offer domestic and limited international shipping as per our Shipping Policy.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and courier services.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external circumstances.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

• Personalized items are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.

• Refunds will be processed according to our Refund & Return Policy.

6.  Jewellery Care & Warranty

• All jewellery comes with a jewellery care kit.

• Please follow the care instructions carefully.

• If instructions are not followed, our 3-month warranty will expire immediately.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content on the site — including product designs, images, text, and logos — is the property of Adishri by 501 Wala Jewellers and is protected by copyright laws.

• You may not reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any content for commercial use without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

• We do our best to ensure product quality and service, but we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our site or products.

• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the product in question.
