At Adishri by 501 Wala Jewellers, we take pride in crafting beautiful sterling silver jewellery for women. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags and invoice intact.
Personalised or custom-made jewellery (such as name pendants or engraved pieces) is non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering will not be accepted.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at adishri@adishri.in with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the return process.
Reverse pickup is available in select pin codes. In other cases, customers may need to self-ship the product to our return address.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

If you’ve received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification.
Exchange is subject to product availability.

5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t been shipped yet.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
